  1. Order Processing and Shipping: All orders are processed and shipped within a 3-8 business day period. This time frame includes both order preparation and postal shipping. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

  2. Shipping Responsibility: Once the package has been handed over to the postal service, APÖ is not responsible for items lost or delayed by the postal service. We recommend that you contact your local postal service if you experience any issues with delivery.

  3. Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  4. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location and postal service conditions. Please note that factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the estimated delivery times.
