  3. Return Conditions: Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

  4. Shipping Delays: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to postal service issues. We understand that these delays can be frustrating, but we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for delayed deliveries once the package has been dispatched.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
